adidas Originals presents the Star Wars™ Cantina 2010: The most Original place to watch the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Herzogenaurach, June 1st, 2010 – The latest instalment of the 2010 Originals campaign, “The Street Where Originality Lives,” combines Star Wars, adidas and the world’s largest sporting event in a cinematic first that takes the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ to a whole new galaxy. The film is a creative re-edit of one of the most famous Star Wars movie scenes – the Mos Eisley Cantina on Tatooine – and features David Beckham, Franz Beckenbauer, Snoop Dogg, Noel Gallagher, Ian Brown, Ciara, Jay Baruchel, Daft Punk and DJ Neil Armstrong, not to mention Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3P0 and Obi-Wan Kenobi. In honor of the official stoner holiday 4:20, and to celebrate the release of Snoop Dogg’s new single featuring Kid Cudi, That Tree, today marks the release of Snoop420.com, a website that allows users to share a moment with the world’s most notable horticulture connoisseur, Snoop Dogg.
Created by Hemway Industries, a technology and broadcast company designed to create alternative content for online distribution, Snoop420.com allows the user to upload a photo to capture an intimate moment with Snoop Dogg through a series of dialogs, situations, as well as locations. Once the photo is uploaded, the user can save their video and post it to social networking platforms like Facebook or Twitter, and they can also email it to their friends.

Snoop Dogg Added to Glastonbury Music Festival
LONDON (Reuters) - Snoop Dogg is among the latest acts confirmed for the Glastonbury music festival this year, in a line-up which organizer Michael Eavis described as "staggering."
The performer, who has been locked in a long battle with Britain's border authorities over entry into the country, will be joined by British rapper Dizzee Rascal and U.S. glam rockers Scissor Sisters at the 40th edition of one of the world's biggest live music events.
Already confirmed for the June 23-27 event are Irish rock band U2 and U.S. singer Stevie Wonder.
"This is it" said Eavis on the festival's website. "The most staggering line up to match the 40-year reputation of the festival."
